RGJ Program Collaboration Visit to Uppsala University

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kiadtisak Saenboonruang, from the Department of Applied Radiation and Isotopes, Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, and the head of RTAM, visited the Tandem Laboratory, Uppsala University, Sweden, during 29 September – 1 October 2025, with financial support from the Royal Golden Jubilee (RGJ) Ph.D. Program. During the visit, he followed up on the ongoing research of Ms. Donruedee Toyen, an RGJ scholarship recipient and Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Materials Science, who is currently under the supervision of Prof. Harry J. Whitlow at Uppsala University. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kiadtisak delivered a presentation on the research activities of RTAM to faculty members and staff on 30 September 2025, to promote academic exchange and potential collaboration between Kasetsart University and Uppsala University. This visit strengthened the ongoing partnership between the two institutions, promoted knowledge sharing in advanced materials and radiation technology, and created new opportunities for joint research, student mobility, and international collaboration that will benefit both Kasetsart University and Thailand’s scientific community in the long term.
